抱える重さに そっと触れ
頬を伝う
恐れは 心の奥に広がる柔らかな森
揺れる枝葉の木漏れ日が
深い呼吸の 余白をくれる
痛みが 恐れが 涙が
ほどけなくても
触れては離れ
輪郭のそばで 静かに揺れている

Tears are warm rain falling through the heart
brushing the weight you carry
as they trace your cheek
Fear is a soft forest spreading deep within
dappled light through trembling leaves
leaves room for a deeper breath
Even when pain, fear, and tears
do not come undone
they touch, then drift away
quietly trembling
